RETURN POLICY

Follow these procedures to ensure a swift accommodation of your needs.

  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Once processed, RMA numbers are valid for (14) business days only.
  • Any new product, except for Print heads, Bar Code Media, Software or Service Contracts, may be returned within (30) days of the purchase date so long as the equipment and packaging are in "Like New" condition. All returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • "Like New" means that all returns inside the 30-day period of receipt of the product should be undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Special orders, custom built items and software may not be returned.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping of returned items to STS360 unless otherwise agreed upon by RMA department, we will repair or replace the item and ship it to you via ground or freight service at no charge to our clients.
  • Items being returned in the manufacturer packaging must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification, tracking number.
    • The tracking number must be provided to the STS360 RMA department.
    • The assigned customer RMA number must be written on the exterior of the shipping carton the product is being sent back in.
    • Do not write on the original manufacturer’s packaging of the purchased equipment being returned.
    • Please ensure that all shipping labels, notations, etc., remain on the shipping carton.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued to a customer after the 30-day period. After the 30-day period products may only be returned for manufacturer warranty, repair, or replacement.
  • There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user physically damages the equipment or it is non-functional due to the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge or "acts of nature," such as lightning, storm surge or water damage.
  • Product will be returned to customer and RMA cancelled under the following circumstances:
    • If the product is returned missing any components sent with the original order.
    • If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented.
    • If the received product is damaged in any way by the customer or does not meet our requirements for returns or replacements.
    • If there is not a valid and visible RMA number.
    • If a product returned on a DOA is tested as full functioning product.
    • If the product is shipped over 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Tracking must be provided.
  • In the event the original equipment is discontinued or cannot be obtained in a timely manner for repair/replacement, STS360 reserves the right to substitute the equipment with alternative comparable equipment.
  • Any Products returned to STS360 without a RMA number will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
  • All advance replacements are at the discretion of management approval and may be declined upon review.
  • All product-only shipments to customers (i.e. products not installed by STS360) that require return can be facilitated directly through STS360 for a period of (90) days. After this, customer must contact manufacturer direct.
  • No STS360 warranty on product shipments only. All manufacturer warranties will apply. STS360 will assist with RMA process however warranty repairs, costs, and exchanges will be handled directly with manufacturer.
